Summary:

Own and drive digital, system, and process improvement initiatives for Spices PL Vietnam. Lead end-to-end project delivery for process redesign, system implementation, and automation. Act as the central coordinator between business, quality, operations, planning, supply and IT to ensure timelines, adoption, and continuous improvement aligned with company digital goals.

Job description:

Own the digital and automation roadmap for Vietnam in alignment with global and local strategy
Review, redesign, and standardize business processes with a system-first mindset
Lead system implementations and enhancements (ERP/SAP, Salesforce, and other digital tools)
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for IT, automation & digital teams
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders: Business Head, Planning, operations, Quality, KAM, supply, IT, Digital and Automation teams
Drive SOP development, documentation, and system-embedded controls
Ensure solutions meet compliance, audit, and internal control requirements
Monitor adoption, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement post-implementation
Identify automation and AI use cases to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

4–6 years’ experience in project management, process improvement, digital transformation, or system implementation
Proven exposure to ERP/SAP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), or similar enterprise systems
Strong understanding of process mapping, SOP development, and change management
Experience working with teams on system delivery and integration
Solid project management skills: planning, prioritization, stakeholder management
Structured, analytical, and system-oriented thinking
Comfortable operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
Experience with automation, digital tools, or AI initiatives is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills; able to align business and technical stakeholder
