Mô tả Công việc

· Familiar with SMT, wave, laser soldering, potting and coating machine setup and operate the machines.

· Good at soldering & gluing skill. Able to solder SMD size as small as 0402 & manually apply some kinds of glue.

· Able to troubleshoot for machine/process issues and carry out repair work.

· To have experience in prepare tooling for SMT & Assembly processes for both NPI & MP products

· To have experience in prepare process flow & update WI for PCBA products

· To be able to interpret PCB file and schematic diagram, read & understand drawing/specification and standard.

· Able to support engineers to collect data & prepare some kinds of report.

· Knowledge and experience on using ME tools (profile kit, soldering set, hot air blower, etc.)

· Knowledge in IPC 610 is more preferable

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· Candidate must possess at least a College/ University Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

· Certificate in soldering work (Thru hole and SMD) will be an advantage.

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Language: Able to use English or Mandarin: reading and writing.
