Mô tả Công việc

- Work Location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
- Monthly Salary: 25,000,000～30,000,000VND

＜Job Responsibilities＞
・Act as a technical contact with customers for plastic injection molded products
・Review customer specifications and drawings, and propose suitable manufacturing solutions
・Coordinate product design, materials, and molding processes with customers
・Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure products can be manufactured smoothly
・Support prototype development, sample evaluation, and mass production start-up
・Handle technical discussions, issue analysis, and troubleshooting during production
・Prepare and review technical documents, specifications, and reports
・Support cost estimation and delivery feasibility from a technical point of view
・Support other assigned tasks and assist cross-functional teams when needed, especially in machine maintenance operations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

＜Necessary Skills / Experience＞
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30–40
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering or related technical major is preferred)
・Language:
- English: Business level (able to communicate with customers; TOEIC 700+, IELTS 6.0+, or CEFR B2 level)
・Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing company involved in resin processing, plastic processing, or metal processing, in one of the following roles: Engineer, Quality Control, Production Control, Maintenance, or Sales Engineer
- Approximately 3 years of experience in technical communication and coordination in English, regardless of job title
- Basic knowledge required to read and understand CAD drawings

・Other (Soft Skills):
- Experience acting as a coordinator between internal and external parties, handling technical, quality, and delivery-related discussions
- Ability to commute independently to the workplace

＜Preferred Skills / Experience＞
・Experience coordinating and managing prototype and testing phases through mass production (approx. 1,000 units per month)
・Hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing or processing industries
・Business-level Japanese language ability
