Mô tả Công việc

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as an HRBP, providing consultation to managers and departments on HR policies, procedures, and people strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for handling employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and grievances and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop recruitment plans based on the manpower needs of assigned departments.
  • Take responsibility for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and maintaining experience throughout the process for internal candidates.
  • Implement employee engagement programs, conduct satisfaction surveys, and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Support the handling of complex ER cases in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
  • Organize and directly deliver training sessions on HR topics or soft skills (an advantage).
  • Support training needs assessment and capability development for employees.
  • Coordinate with the Internal Security (IS) team to ensure compliance, conduct internal checks, and support investigations when required.
  • Work closely with department leaders to ensure HR plans align with overall organizational goals.
  • Support timely and effective resolution of HR-related issues across functions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
  • Strong experience in HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Internal Security.
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver internal HR or soft-skills training is a significant advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and related regulations.
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing or multinational environments.
