General HR duties

Coordination and creation of internal company rules
Employee labor management
Personal income tax calculations (strong with numbers preferred)
IT coordination

Some general affairs duties (visitor reception, corporate correspondence, etc.)

*Payroll calculations and social insurance processing are partially outsourced.

** Joining date: January 2026
** Selection Process: Two interviews (Japanese or English)

Requirements:

Japanese language skills (N3 level, close to N2).
English skills (enough to create internal documents).
Required experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources and general affairs.
