Mô tả Công việc

Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Deputy General Manager.

Team Structure & Company Culture: A multinational team consisting of members from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Vietnam, and India. The company is a new milk tea manufacturing factory, established in 2023, with approximately 120 employees, promoting a team‑oriented and collaborative work environment.

Interpretation (ENG–JPN, ENG–VNM, JPN–VNM)

Provide interpretation support mainly for Japanese Manager during internal meetings, discussions, or technical sessions.
Most meetings are conducted in English and Japanese; therefore, strong language command and technical understanding are required.
Interpretation may also be needed for on-site communication and coordination within the factory.

Document Translation (ENG–JPN, ENG–VNM, JPN–VNM)

Translate various documents such as technical materials, reports, meeting minutes, and internal communications with accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Communication Support

Bridge communication between Japanese management and local employees through accurate interpretation.
Perform interpretation duties at the factory site (desktop-based or on-field as required).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University/ College graduate

Japanese: JLPT N1 or N2 level, able to communicate fluently in business settings.

English: Good communication skills (spoken & written).

Willing to work Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturday at the Long Thanh, Dong Nai factory.

Candidates living near the factory are preferred.(relocate and rent accommodation near ABV or in Bien Hoa City can use the company shuttle bus for daily transportation to work)

Factory work experience or understanding in one or more of the following areas:

Production: operation, machine handling, on-site coordination, etc.
Quality: familiarity with ISO / FSSC or other quality management systems.
