General Job Description

Senior Quality engineer is responsible for the generation of a strategic plan to improve the business processes and increase production output. Duties include creating the company’s quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance. Quality engineers are also responsible for the creation of documentation that reports issues and errors relating to the production process with efforts placed to find a solution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm cần thiết

Process Quality monitoring and control (QE)
Ensure product Quality compliance according to customer requirement
Non-conformity handling- daily control
Customers’ standard / specification control and management.
QC crew training & succession training
Meet required KPI target
Control RMA
Manage customer complaint (8D report)
NPI management & control in proper way
OBA- product inspection procedure

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skills and Experience

- At least 3-5 years on QE, NPI process, hands-on experiences in EMS (PCBA) are highly preferred
- Fair in written and spoken English.
- Strong coordination/organizational skills.
- Excellent skill in analyzing and solving problems.
- Quality tools: QC 7 tools, PPAP (Control Plan, ...), 8D report.
- Execute assignments completely, accurately, and timely, and keep appropriate personnel informed.
- Experience in 8D report, defect analysis.

Qualification Requirements

Electronic Engineering - University or Colleague.

Working Conditions

8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
