Mô tả Công việc

We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Director to lead strategy, content, and outreach execution across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) in support of omnichannel marketing and social commerce. This role requires strong leadership, communication, data-driven thinking, and hands-on experience in content creation and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media and commerce strategies aligned with client goals.
Oversee content calendars, copywriting, creative direction, and campaign execution.
Lead a team of 20+, ensuring high performance and collaboration with internal departments.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics and reporting tools.
Keep up with platform trends and ensure best practices across all channels.
Manage client communication and presentation of strategies, KPIs, and insights.
Train and mentor social team members and contribute to agency innovation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in advertising agencies.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of social platforms, content performance, and analytics.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Fluent in English; experience with Japanese clients is a plus.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools.
