HR Responsibilities
- Support for creating personnel and evaluation systems as instructed by the JP-MGR
- Support for building a HR development system
- Management of each section (management of HR/GA leaders)
- Planning and execution of recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, in-house training, etc.

GA Responsibilities
- Interact and coordinate with government agencies, external consultants, and labor unions, etc.
- Manage contracts and legal matters
- Manage HR/GA department budgets
- Other duties as instructed by the JP-MGR
* Basic practical duties will be handled by staff from each section.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required Skills

Work Experience in the same position: around 3 years
Experience managing subordinates
English: Internal communication level
MS Skill: Well use Ms Office

Preferred Skills

Experience working for a foreign company, including a Japanese company
Hometown is close to Bình Định.

Benefits and Allowances

Accommodation fee: Maximum 2,000,000vnd/month (depends on the case)
Gasoline support

*We don't have any company car/bus, and public transportation
