Mô tả Công việc

Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement optimized work methods and procedures.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times.
Design layout and workflow of manufacturing facilities.
Monitor production performance and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Prepare reports and documentation related to process improvements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in process improvement and manufacturing systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies is a plus.
